Within the “Lean Gains” package, we recommend our overnight oats with two of our amazing meals your choice, as our meals are perfectly balanced you will always receive the right level of macros to suit your training needs. We do recommend you add an additional protein shake into the plan as soon as you’ve completed your exercise.
