  • What makes Smart Plates different?

Freshly prepared and cooked tasty premium nutritionally balanced meals using locally sourced ingredients. Our convenient simple ordering process and easy collection option makes healthy eating accessible for our customers.

  • What if you have an allergen?

Your health is a priority to us, and we would never compromise on Health and safety. If you have one or more of the 14 allergens we insist that you inform us at the time of ordering. It is a legal requirement to keep us informed.

  • How do I place an order?

All orders are to be placed via the ordering process at www.smartplates.co.uk website, there are clear instructions on how to order including collection information. However should you require further information please contact us via orders@smartplates.co.uk

  • What types of dishes does Smart Plates offer?

Our menu features a variety of dishes inspired by global flavours and culinary traditions. From salads and entrees to sides and the occasional protein dessert, there’s something for everyone at Smart Plates.

  • Are the ingredients used by Smart Plates locally sourced?

Yes, we believe in supporting our local community by sourcing fresh ingredients from nearby farmers and producers whenever possible, however certain items which are grown further afield will be imported.

  • Can I customize my order?

While our menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, we understand people have special dietary requirements. We will accommodate these when required, please complete any allergens and the medical information field on the order form.

  • Can you freeze Smart Plates Meals?

Some of our meals can be frozen, these meals are clearly marked on the meal option choices. We recommend all meals are consumed fresh, however clearly marked meals can be frozen up to 5 days, and must be thoroughly defrosted before consumption, these must be served hot following our heating guidelines.

  • What are the pickup options available?

Your chosen meals will be available to collect from SW Fitness on the following days.

Monday & Tuesday Meals – available Monday morning 7am until 9am

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Meals – available Tuesday evening 5.30pm until 6.45pm and Wednesday 7am until 9am

Wed, Thur, Fri meals will not be available to collect Monday. You will receive a text or email notification keeping you up to date. 
 
Delivery is not an option unless the order is over 20 meals in one order and within 5 miles of CW6 0AR
